Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 1 Aug 2025

1. Introduction
This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This Statement relates to actions during the financial year 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026, and AWS Tel-Sec Ltd improvement plans. This Statement sets down AWS Tel-Sec Ltd improvement commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and the steps we have put in place with the aim of ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Our people are expected to report their concerns and management to act upon them.

AWS Tel-Sec Ltd staff are trained and do a module of Modern Slavery training on their Citation information

AWS Tel-Sec Ltd have the required policies

7. Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking
Checks at recruitment stage are made and ongoing relationships with out close knit team are upheld

8. Performance Indicators
Reviews encourage staff to discuss their home life and personal situations.
Any concerns are raised and staff are paid a living wage to facilitate life.
